Yes. On the weekly calls, everyone is following the same syllabus curriculum. Each week, will cover a topic or learn a technique, and there will be implementation and peer coaching during those weekly calls. There will also be pre-study/self-study for each certification that each student will do in their own time prior to us covering that topic live. The intention there is to both meet certification hours, and to build the foundation of a concept prior to introducing it on the call where we can then do a deeper dive, spend more time on practicing the techniques, and answering any questions.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE TRAININGS LIVE?

We realize this is a long commitment. That is why we ask that when you join you do so committing to attending 75% of the live trainings. All live trainings and coaching Q&A sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the member’s area so that you can re-watch at your leisure. If you have specific questions, but cannot make a live call, there will be opportunities to still have your questions answered. If you need to make up any techniques, you’ll have the option to record yourself working with a fellow student, or attend one of our technique calls, which will be additional calls that will be made available as needed to refresh, practice, receive coaching, or make up required hours.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We know that inside of this certification program you will get the techniques, tools, guidance, and support to grow your coaching business, if you show up for the work. Because of the high-level commitment and hours required to become certified, the last thing we want to do is attract course hoppers and looky-loo’s who are only interested in digging through the member’s portal only to immediately refund so that they can course hop, or who enroll but don’t show up to training calls allowing the program to collect metaphorical dust. It is for that reason that we do not offer refunds.

This certification is for individuals who are willing to do the work, and ready to make a real difference in the world. If you're on the fence, but you feel truly ready in your heart and soul, and your mind is getting in the way, or you feel some butterflies in your belly, book an enrollment call today. Additionally, we know that sometimes life throws us curveballs. That’s why, if within the first 60 days, a student has extenuating circumstances and requires more time to complete their certification, they will have the option to request a deferral enrollment, allowing them to discontinue access, and join the next live cohort at no additional investment. The enrollment investment includes a one-time certification completion fee of $100.
